Miresua = barja
In Finland they eat berries such as the blueberry, bilberry (aka whortleberry), ligonberry (aka cowberry) and cloudberry. If there are words for these berries in Basque, I didn't find them. So this is a generic word for berry.
The Basque word for berry, baia, likely is derived from Spanish. Berry in Spanish is baya.
