Miresua is an imaginary, artificial, constructed language; a conlang. These words are not randomly generated. Miresua is an eclectic alphabetic mix of Basque and Finnish, two unrelated European languages.

cheese is juzta (revisited)
juzta = cheese (noun) (some things Google found for "juzta": an uncommon to rare term; user names; slang spelling of "just a" as in "im juzta girl"; an unusual last name)
Word derivation for "cheese" : Basque = gazta, Finnish = juusto Miresua = juzta
My previous Miresua word for "cheese" was "zosuta". I redid this word to look more like the Basque and Finnish words.
